Favourites Of 2017
Wow, what a year 2017 has been!!!
From Kerry to Wexford and Lanzarote to Italy, I’ve been all over the place this past year while capturing some really amazing weddings for some really awesome people. I welcomed my son, Rory, into the world in June, his sister, Ellie, still has me wrapped around her little finger and I got engaged to their mammy(selfies for the wedding!!!).
There has been some uncontrollable laughter, some tears, hugs, kisses, fireworks, sparklers, confetti(not just outdoors, but indoors too, that was fun!), sleeping randomers, boat balancing, an engagement on the Cliffs Of Moher, white peacocks, trains, vintage cars, convertibles, island palaces, a trek up Slievenamon in the back of a jeep, American football by the pool, Irish mammies(sure aren’t they great craic!), Irish sun(yea, I’m as surprised as you are!), Irish rain(yea, not as surprising), Irish storms(no surprise at all), serious shapes on many dance floors, but most of all, there have been super fun couples beginning their marriage stories and they’ve had me along for the ride!!!
To all the cool people I’ve met and worked with along the way, thank you for helping to make it such an incredible year and for making my job so easy. To my family who put up with me travelling and being away so much, thank you for sticking with me and also for making this such a memorable year!!!
I’ve taken thousands and thousands and thousands of pictures(nothing new there), so it hasn’t exactly been an easy job to whittle them down, I swear I tried, but here is a selection of some of my personal favourites. I hope you enjoy!!
P.S. I’m fully booked for 2018 but I am now taking bookings for 2019 so if you would like to book me for your 2019(or beyond) wedding then feel free to get in touch soon. Just click “Contact Alan” or drop me a message through my Facebook page.
